4th Offshore Mexico Congress 2019
Mexico is going to have no E&P licensing rounds till 2021. The government will use this time to examine the outcomes of their 107 licensing round contracts thinking about the delivery dates stipulated which range from achieving commercial operations from 2020-26. A brand new National Plan for Hydrocarbon Production was announced last year, aiming to stabilize manufacturing in 2019 and produce a"rally" which will increase production in following years.
